– Product images are for illustrative purposes. Slight variations in color, size, and finish may occur as products are handcrafted.

2. ORDERS & PAYMENT
– Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment.
– We accept payments via Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, and Wallets through our secure payment gateway (Razorpay).
– In case of payment failure, the order will not be processed. Any amount debited will be refunded within 5–7 business days.

3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
– We offer All India Delivery.
– Standard delivery time: 5–10 business days from the date of order confirmation.
– Express delivery may be available for select pin codes (additional charges apply).
– We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, natural calamities, or third-party courier issues.
– All orders are insured during transit.

4. RETURNS & REFUNDS
– We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for damaged or defective products.
– Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice.
– Custom or personalized orders are non-returnable.
– Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

5. CANCELLATIONS
– Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
– Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.
